ABOUT AMY

Amy Gerakopulos is a full-service real estate broker known for her industry expertise, results-driven strategies, and high-quality marketing for buyers, sellers, and investors in Kitchener, Waterloo, and the surrounding areas.

Before launching her real estate career, Amy earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College in Toronto. She spent nearly a decade at a fast-paced CPG company in Toronto, where she focused on developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for high-end global brands. This experience honed her skills in sales and marketing, negotiation, and project management, and instilled a strong work ethic.

After more than ten years in the corporate world, Amy made the decision to leave the hustle of downtown Toronto and return to her hometown of Waterloo, where she now lives with her husband, Steve, their sons, Leo and Loukas, and their quirky French Bulldog, Charlie.

Amy's passion for real estate, combined with her educational background and personal experiences in buying and selling, led her to pursue a full-time career as a REALTOR®. She began her journey in real estate as a licensed Sales Representative in 2019 and earned her Broker license in 2021. Dedicated to refining her skills, Amy focuses on helping sellers achieve their property goals and assisting buyers in finding their dream homes.
